Benchmark August 20, 2009

Dave and I stopped by PCF in December for a free class. Brian was teaching and we thought about signing up just so Dave could say he knows someone who talks about Kelly Clarkson more than he does. But we liked the WOD so we signed up for Foundations at the end of January.

Today’s WOD was the same as WOD at the free class and here’s the delta:
